Ceremonial Heirloom cacao brownies
Lilium Vegan Bownie with avo frosting ( Gf, Ve )
Base:
2.5 Cups Almond Meal
1.5 Large Sweet potatoes boiled
1 Can Coconut cream
1 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Brown rice syrup
1 Cup Coconut Sugar
1 Cup High grade Cacao powder we use Lilium Ceremony Cacao ( link below )
1 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp bicarb
Frosting
1 Large Ripe Avo
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
1 Can Coconut Cream
2 TBL Lilium Ceremony Cacao Powder
4 TBL cacao butter melted

Method:
Make the “Dry mix” by adding all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl
Boil sweet potato then blend and combine this with oil, syrup and coconut cream as the “wet mix”
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture mixing until smooth
With a large oven tray line with baking paper and pour the mix in
Bake on 180 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes
Let sit until room temp
In a blender add all frosting ingredients making sure the cacao butter and coconut oil are liquid. ( you can melt them in a saucepan )
Blend then put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes
Pour over the brownie tray then set the tray in the fridge
